Microsoft Office 365 is an account that is available to all currently enrolled students and currently employed faculty and REPS of the University. It offers services which include email and browser-accessible Office applications.

With Microsoft Office 365, you can enjoy the following perks:

Browser-accessible Office applications.

Storage: Each account has an email storage of 50GB and OneDrive storage of 1TB.

ONLY STUDENTS, FACULTY, and REPS can download licensed Microsoft Office software, and Power BI (Business Intelligence) software.

How can you get your individual MS Office 365 account?

Open your browser and go to https://mail.up.edu.ph

Log in using your UP Mail Account.

Open a new browser tab and access this link: https://bit.ly/office365request. Fill out the request form and click “Submit”. Please note that ONLY account holders of the UP Mail (@up.edu.ph) can access the link.

Wait for your Office 365 account as this will be sent to your UP Mail. Please note that these requests are batch-processed.

Our office/unit needs an MS Office 365 account, what is the process for this request?

To request for an office/unit account, you will submit an official letter of request to the ITDC Director. You can use this template: Office 365 for Offices/Units - Letter of Request Template

The letter of request must be submitted via the Document Routing System (DRS) found here: https://drs.up.edu.ph/

What if I have already filled out the form and have not yet received my MS Office 365 account after 2-3 working days?

First, kindly check the Spam folder of your UP Mail. The MS Office 365 credentials are sent in bulk during batch processing, and sometimes Google mistakes the emails as spam. Check your spam folders to see if your MS Office 365 account details have already been sent there.

If not, you may file a ticket at https://ictsupport.up.edu.ph/ and request for a follow-up regarding the status of your account.

Alternatively, you may fill out the Technical Assistance Request (TAR) form here: http://bit.ly/office365TARForm
