My PC/laptop has no or intermittent/slow Internet connection; why?

There might be an issue with your operating system or web browser or a faulty cable or a malfunctioning switch/wifi router/access point. 

To troubleshoot your connection, please try to do the following steps:

  • Restart your PC/laptop or network switch or wifi router/access point

  • Disconnect your wifi router temporarily if you have any

  • Check if the network cable is properly connected to your device if you are using a wired connection

  • Check if your wireless adapter driver is updated if you are using a wireless connection

Otherwise, if the problem persists, please contact ITC through e-mail regarding your Internet connection.
