The only requirement is a clear copy of the PAR/ICS with indicated specifications, length of the warranty period, and the date acquired of the equipment if it is a UP property. If the warranty period or date acquired is not indicated in the PAR/ICS, kindly bring a copy of the warranty certificate of the unit. Otherwise, there are no requirements.
