You will be asked to fill out a Google Form provided by the University Registrar.
Your UP Mail account credentials will be sent directly to your personal email address (the one you indicated in the Google Form).
Kindly wait for a follow-up email from UPLB ITC regarding your UPLB Net ID credentials.
