My office has no or intermittent/slow Internet connection, why?

There might be a problem with the network switch, wifi router/access point, or the network cable connections.

To troubleshoot, please try to do the following steps:

  • Restart your office network switch or wifi router/access point

  • Disconnect your wifi router temporarily if you have any

  • Check if the network cables are properly connected to your network switch or wifi router/access point

Otherwise, if the problem persists, please contact ITC through e-mail regarding your Internet connection.
